Why are my Rover Cards not working?

I've tried for three weeks now to start my Rover cards and they won't start or activate during my weekly drop-ins so I haven't been paid for services for 3 weeks. How can I get these to work so I can start getting paid?

When was the last time you updated your App? Honestly, I would call support as there is no reason why you haven't been paid; you get emails weekly about the booking each week [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
