First, check on your Dashboard. Under Rover balance, you will see a button for View Payments and Promo Codes. It will list every payment transaction. If you haven't received an email notification of funds received from Paypal and the transaction log states that a withdrawal was processed, then you need to call Rover's Customer Support: [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Make sure that the email you have on file with Rover is listed on your account with Paypal. Sometimes that will cause a payment to be rejected.

Paypal can send to any email address. The default is the email address Rover uses to communicate with you. Therefore, regardless if that email has a verified Paypal account (meaning one that has a bank account associated with it), she should have received a notification from Paypal if Rover completed the withdrawal request.
