What happens if someone does not pay?
I sat the dog and a few days later am still waiting on payment via rover. I have messaged them and still no response. How do I make sure I get my payment?

When you book through Rover, the owner pays at the time of booking, and the funds are released to you 48 hours after the stay is completed. So as long as the booking was finished before the stay began, you will get paid after it is over. This protects you by guaranteeing that you will be paid, and it protects the owner by making sure the stay was completed as agreed before the funds are released.
If the owner never completed the booking, contact Rover so they can contact him and arrange payment.
