why is my profile approval not being approved?

I have a HUGE problem. My Rover sitter profile has been on the site for 1 month now, and it still hasn't been approved. I read some of the help paragraphs to see if they could be of any use, but nothing worked. I thought that it could be something wrong with my profile. So I checked and I didn't think there was anything wrong with it. If you could please tell what I need to fix or do, that would be so great!
