Hi, Can someone tell me what the difference is between Dog Hosting and Dog Sitting?

Dog hosting is boarding dogs at one's house overnight or a couple of nights for the rates. Dog sitting is just having the dog over for a day at your home or the owner's home.

Dog Hosting is when you keep the dog(s) in your home. Dog sitting is when you visit the owner's home and take care of the dog(s) there. It's up to you and the owner to determine the number of visits and the duties you'll perform during the visits.
