How to attract more puppy customers?

I am a dog hostess (is that what we're calling ourselves, non-travelling sitters?) and have a puppy and am looking for more opportunities to give her puppy playtime when there aren't social groups available. Does anybody have ideas for attracting more puppy customers? I've had zero puppy requests so far. I wonder how common puppy requests are anyways - I imagine most people like to stay with their puppy as much as possible and may feel bad leaving others to care for him/her since they need so much attention. Would it sound weird to say specifically in my profile that we are looking for puppy customers?

I think it would be fine to put something in your profile about hoping to host puppies to play with yours. You could also make up flyers and post them at pet stores, dog parks, veterinary offices, groomers, etc.

I have been hosting on Rover since January of this year and have also not had any puppy requests. Your best bet would probably be to self promote your Rover profile through social media, local places and places like craigslist saying you specialize in puppy care. Shannon (above) also has excellent suggestions. Vet offices and pet stores are a great idea.
