It's not against the rules to have info in your profile about your pet photography business, but adding a hyperlink to another website isn't supported. There isn't a way to advertise on the Rover platform so you need to find another way to do this, best of luck to you.
Adding to Walt's answer, I'd suggest you exercise caution when communicating the photography services with clients. Definitely you can inform and share with them that you do that. You want them to receive it in such a way that they do not feel awkward about a solicitation.
