When is the Rover App required?
Rover has been working great for me. I have not needed the Rover app so far. Suddenly a booking screen informs me that because a new booking is flagged somehow as recurring weekly, it is necessary for me to download the Rover app, learn it, and use it as the sole mechanism to get paid. Is that correct?
Walt answered your question but I just thought I'd add that the Rover app is great! I do boarding mostly, so I don't require it but I still use it. It's great for Day Care b/c I can track all the major events for the dog. Plus I can access Rover from my phone anywhere. Good luck!
