I am pet sitting a pit bull, the owner and I scheduled a time ( 7 am ) to come and pick up the dog. It's been pass an hour and no response from the owner.
I find that people are always late! Send a message that you gave an appointment and would like to know when they will be picking up their sweet pup. If you don't hear from the customer, I would call support. Rover.com always has the right answers for difficult situations. Happy sitting, Amber G
When I make appointments with a client (drop-off, pick-up, or meet and greet), if the time is critical (like in the morning before I go to work), I build in a little cushion, but make sure to tell them why the time is important and it helps them to be on time.
