Blurry Profile Picture?

Every time I upload a profile picture, it is blurry when I pull it up on my profile page. I have tried at regular resolution, resizing to 400x400 as recommended, etc. These are quality photos, just like the others I have posted, but I can't get the profile picture to be as crisp. :( I uploaded the same picture in the normal photo album with no trouble. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, was there anything you were able to do to fix it?
