Archive a request?
I received a request this morning , and also had the option to archive it since it is far out of my range. Should I still message them to let them know?

Everytime you receive a booking request you should acknowledge receipt of it as quickly as possible as this is a stat Rover tracks and appears on your profile. We all get requests that are out of area and commom courtesy is to say thanks but you cannot accept the booking. Best of luck in the future
Any your current reponse time show as "around an hour" you should work to improve this
