How do you stop Rover.com from charging Extended Stay rates for a standard Drop In Visit?

I have 4 dogs (2 are puppies) and I have booked drop in visits on a few occasions when I have obligations that keep me away longer than a normal work day. http://Rover.com has been trying to charge me for extended stays for each of my 2 adult dogs every time I book. I never request anything other than a standard 30 minute Drop in visit, I can't even find where I would request an Extended Stay on the app. This is becoming very frustrating, that additional $10 makes a huge difference when I'm already paying puppy rates for nothing more than opening the kennel and letting them out for a bit. There is no "clean the kennel" my puppies can almost make it all day without accidents so there is no mess in the kennel.

Each individual sitter establishes their own rates and extended stay rates and how they are applied, and they are applied when you create a booking request. I highly suggest you discuss rates with your sitter as they may have extended rates setup a bit wonky. Best of luck
