How do I set up my account for use in two cities?

I live part time on the east coast and part time on the west coast. I used different email addresses for the 2 locations because Rover limited my search area when I tried to use one. But now Rover won't let me use my cell # with both -- I cannot be the only customer with 2 homes. Please advise.
