Having a owner book two separate dates at once?

Hello,

I am a newer sitter and I have a customer who already booked with me in September. Today he asked if I could also watch their dog at the end of this month. I can't figure out how to book them. Unless they have to book it since they haven't stayed with me yet?

Or will it not allow them because they are already pending? I dont want to hassle them by starting over with the dates and credit card, ect.

If you have the Rover App, you can select the "Rebook" tab and add the dates for the end of this month for that client. I am not sure how to go about it on the website -- I can only see an option of extending a current stay!

I found it online finally!! I had to go to my inbox and press my customer box. Then it let me. Thank you so much!

Congratulations on your repeat customers!

On the website:

Under your "Inbox" look toward the top right hand corner for a choice that reads "View Past Customers."

Click "View Past Customers." This will bring up a list of every client you have had. The last column of this spreadsheet will say "Book A New Stay."

Clicking "Book A New Stay" brings up a calendar that allows you to book your new dates. An email will be sent to your customer informing them that a new stay has been set up and asking them to confirm.
