does the insurance cover the sitter from being wrongly accused?

I don't want to become a sitter and be put in a situation where I could be wrongly accused of theft or like an angry neighbor saying I have let the dog use the bathroom in their yard. Are we as the sitter covered by the insurance in case of such a situation?
