How do I get membership tags on my profile?

Hi. I have seen some tags available in some sitters profiles. How could I get those memberships or partnerships tags for my profile? What should I do?

Several badges can be turned on by editing your profile here: https://www.rover.com/account/profile...

Under Show Additional Profile Details (optional) First Aid CPR, or members of a professional organization
