Switching account type?

I originally set up a profile with Rover as a sitter, and eventually decided against doing any sitting due to moving to a job with a very unreliable schedule - is there a way I can change my account to a "customer" rather than a person providing services?

You have to call Rover Support @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to disable your sitter profile
