I just went live on Rover, but when I submit for boarding services in my area my profile does not show up, I did activate this service on my account. My profile pops up for the other two services I listed; dog walking and drop in visits. Boarding is a big service and I need my profile to be available for this service in order to get customers.
I looked at your profile and your calendar shows availability for boarding. I also searched boarding in Tome and you showed up on page 1 #14, not great but not bad. Many times if you search Rover in your area you won't show up in search results, try a private window. I also notice most of the sitters on page 1 have only a few reviews so that tells me that Rover hasn't made a large penetration into your area yet.
As a new sitter you should take and pass the Rover 101 quiz and get the badge, it is important. Also get more friends and family to write testimonials for you, having just one doesn't help you.
Speaking from experience it may take some time to acquire that first client and booking but after you do typically you start getting more clients. Best of luck to you
