Please help! I am about to lose all my animals. Is there anyone who will do long term boarding with an unsure end date?

I have to move to Illinois from New Mexico and I have a rescue dog named Olive that is not allowed to go with me. I am moving across the country to care for my 97-year-old grandmother. She's my emotional support dog as well. I suffer from severe depression and PTSD. Long story short I lost my job due to my disabilities and I am also about to be homeless here so my family I am not close with came up with this idea so that I don't end up on the streets and my grandmother doesn't have to go to a nursing home, to come care for her in her home . I have two cats I rescued twelve years ago I am afraid have to go to animal humane but I just can't get past losing Olive. I've been crying for days and trying to figure anything out. So please help!! Any suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to have her boarded near me and I would be able to pay some for her food and most likely any vet bills that may arise. I just can't lose her.
