How do I view the profile of someone who inquired with me for dog sitting?

That is all you can see about customers, i.e., information about their dog. Rover does not give sitters the ability to review customers or provide them with any foreknowledge of problem situations. Owners undergo no background checking. It's not in Rover's best interest to share this information.

Just do your best when you interview with them to ascertain everything you'd like to know. Ask questions, especially if it seems they've used many Rover sitters. If the dog's profile contains a lot of photos, hover over them to see if they've used other Rover sitters and the dates. You can always ask why they've needed to change.
