Hello, My name is Elizabeth and just recently joined this site.
I applied for dog sitting at their home but why do I have to make available to dog sit at my home? I prefer to dog sit at their home where they are comfortable with than stranger place. Plus my place isn't big enough to add one more dog.
Let me know how to change my status where I can only dog sit at their home instead of mine.
Hi Elizabeth -- at the top of your screen your name/photo should be on the right hand side with a small arrow next to it. Here, you can select to visit your profile, then you should see "Dog Sitting Profile" in green lettering near the top of the page (as well as "Overview" and "Basic Info"). After you have selected Dog Sitting Profile, there will be several tabs on the left hand side such as "Basic Profile," "Services and Rate," and "Experience and Training". If you click on Services and Rates, you should be able to change your settings for In-Home Dog Boarding and alter it to the status of "not offered." I don't currently offer this, so I am not positive, but that would be my best bet.

Hmm. I would probably contact Rover & see if they are able to manually remove that service from your profile, then.
Yes, absolutely contact the Rover -- they have always been very courteous and helpful each time I've contacted them to solves a problem for me :] What you are wanting to do is totally possible, I too do not offer hosting, I only offer traveling services & I have no problems.
