How is a refund issued to an owner for a shortened stay?

If your policy is "strict" you would keep it. That said, you still can opt to refund the 1 day stay. At the meet & greet I explain my "strict" policy. When (if a new customer or uses me weekly) I do opt to let the customer be refunded, I always let them know I really enjoyed their "Sweetie" and it is my gift to them. That way they will use me again.
