Book Now & pay later? or Book now = Pay now?

Hi guys! I found a perfect sitter for my pup, I just have a quick question. I need her/want to book her for the 22nd of July, if I "BOOK NOW", will it automatically take the funds out of my account right now, or will it take it out once my pup stays with her? Thank you in advance :)!
