Can you open a specific service to a single client only?

Someone I know personally asked me about watching their dog overnight, so house sitting, and I don't have this option open on my page because I am not comfortable staying in stranger's homes, but since I know them and am comfortable with them I said I could stay in their home. Is there any way I could open house sitting to only this person?
