How do you leave a review on someone you met, committed to you and then flaked on getting back?

This person had such lousy entitled communications skills. Others should be aware of this! She committed with us in person, never responded to the http://rover.com link until I tracked her down to find out what's up. We were counting on her, yet she did not find it important enough to get back to us until I called her. I think it is important people know what a lousy inconsiderate person this is. Makes me not want to try http://rover.com ever again!!!

You can only leave reviews on booked jobs. It isn't entirely apparent whether you ever got to this stage. Rover encourages customers to meet and interview more than one potential sitter.
