No response after client inquiry and I responded?

With 4th of July coming up, I really want more jobs and to help others out with their pet needs. I had a lady ask me if i could pet sit for her and after two days now I'm not quite sure what to do. I don't want to Archive it and lose business, but I know if it goes unanswered then I wont show up in the search results for those dates.... What should I do??

I've had this happen to me several times. I would send her one more message, asking if she is still interested in having your pet sit, then archive the request. If she answers later on, it will come back to your inbox, so it's not lost forever. There are a myriad of reasons why she didn't answer - she found someone to do it for free, she found another sitter, plans changed, etc. Don't take it personally.
