Why do some sitters profiles have photos from their rover cards while other sitter profiles do not?

I have completed stays with rover cards but do not have any of my photos on my profile. When I look at other sitters profiles some have photos from their rover cards but it seems inconsistent. What is the difference?

Photos from Rover Cards don't show on the profile. The only photos that show on my profile are the ones I send through the messages for the booking, never the ones I have sent through a Rover Card.
