Can my dog sense what I'm dreaming? I had a horrible nightmare about her last night that she died and all day shes been exceptionally affectionate and doesn't want to leave my side.?

Dogs can read and empathize how their owner is feeling. Maybe your dog read your mood on that morning and just trying to be their for you the whole day! So sweet and lovely.
