How can you have a low "booking score" even with 100% 5-star reviews?

I have 3 5-star reviews from the dog sit's I've performed. All people seemed to be very happy. Now I have a regular job and a busy life. As a result I am not able to accept most requests and my availability calendar is too onerous to update for my schedule as it can change frequently and suddenly. With that in mind, both of the metrics "Booking Score" and "Repeat Score" seem to penalize my profile even though I've delivered great service. Isn't a pleasant experience more important than how many times someone can take a job?

What’s the booking score? Of the people who contact you for the first time, how many end up booking and leaving you a great review? That’s your booking score, and it ranges from 50-100. Your scores give you a glimpse into how you're doing compared to other sitters and dog walkers on Rover, and influence where your profile lands in search results. Here is the link to the entire explanation of the performance scores: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

Keeping your calendar up to date all the time is very important even if your availability changes all the time so clients don't contact you when you are unavailable.

Providing great service isn't enough if you wish to become a very successful Rover sitter, you need to manage your online presence or you will fall lower and lower in search results and that leads to NO Clients. Best of luck to you
