I could swear that I saw someplace on this site that a macbook is not compatable with rover's system, that I need to use a pc? Anybody remember this? My !@#$%^& macbook is having problems and I am unable to navigate the site very freely. I would appreciate any info about this! Thank you, Mary
If you experience issues using the site, it's usually your browser--not the computer. Try using Google Chrome, that seems to work the best for me. If you haven't updated Safari or Firefox in a while, you might run into some issues.
To use this site, I only use my Macbook and iPhone. I've never had any issue using the site with either. I would suggest changing the internet service you're currently using, sometimes that can be the issue. Or possibly contact Rover Support, if you explain to them where and when you're having the issue with the site, they may be able to point you in a clearer direction to what is causing the problem.
I haven't had a problem on either my mac, pc, android or iPhone. I would contact rover support, they will most likely be able to point you in thee right direction and help you figure out what the problem is.
