will rover show information of paypal account( belongs to someone else) when money is transferred?

A friend (who owes me money ) has funds sitting in rover account and wants to transfer into my paypal account but I am concerned it will display my personal information like address, phone # etc. Rover asks for email id and full name only but will it display information of my paypal account?

Just as a matter of procedure, your friend should withdraw the Rover money into his/her own Paypal account. From there, he/she should send it to you. Because the funds are at Paypal, no fees will be paid by either party.

The sender's receipt merely shows that he/she sent you (name and email address) money.

Paypal only includes things like address when someone is paying for something that will be shipped, like something on eBay.

Rover has no control over what is included on Paypal's form messages.

Thank you for your response. Paypal has long process when opening an account and transferring to bank takes 5 days, friend wanted to just pay via paypal.
