Profile set to "Away"

Why do I still get requests from repeat customers even when my profile is set to "away"?

It sounds like there might be a glitch where the computer is marking you as "repeat customers only" instead of totally away. I would call Rover Customer Support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
