broken profile link?

Hello,

I stopped by a local grooming business, where I have left my Rover business cards. They had thrown them out because they said my profile link did not work. I went home to check to see if I could search my link, and it worked on my personal computer. Are there issues with accessing individual profiles in different web browsers, or through businesses who may have additional security features in their internet service?
