Didn't Rover use to have dog bath and/or dog grooming as an added service? I don't see it anymore. Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

It still exists. Go to your Profile and the Service/Rates tab. When you look at your rates, you should see a "more rate options" link with which you can add bathing and grooming.
