I saw a groupon deal for $25.00 for $60.00 worth of pet sitting. How does that work as far as us sitters getting paid? And can we promote the groupon deal on our personal facebook page?

I believe the groupon is entered as payment with Rover along with their other forms of payment, and does not impact the sitter pay at all. Several of my clients have used the Groupon and it has never impacted the amount I was paid.
