No mention of client dog photos, so this is optional?

Dog Vacay strongly suggested client dog photos. Was this dropped or is optional?

Rover strongly encourages you to send pictures as well. You will see that the booking confirmation states the customer wants photos (if they've so elected) and you are measured on the percentage of customers who receive photo updates. I see that you do both boarding and drop-ins. The Rover card should be used for drop-ins.

For your boarding clients, you send photos via your inbox message (as an attachment) or the app. Unlike DV, you will not get those daily emails, asking you to attach photos. IMO, not having to use those is a big plus.

Make sure, if you are attaching the photos from your inbox, that you pay attention to the little box with a checkmark. If you don't uncheck the box, then all your pics will be publicly viewable on your profile.
