The sitter I chose and I had a great meet and greet and I tried calling the Customer Service line, but I was wondering if there was a way to mark it on the website? Or do I just call again?
If you had a successful meet and greet, just go ahead and book the stay. You send them a request and they'll have about 70 hours to accept the booking.

What is the purpose of you wanting to note this? If you like the sitter and the dogs get along, then you just book the stay with your sitter. At the end they will send you a survey to tell everyone what you thought of the sitter.
