Late request and Rover sends text/email to respond now

I have certain hours that I will not respond to requests. For example, late nights after 10pm, out of respect to my husband and children. Those are not my working hours. However, when I get a late night request like I did last night at 10pm, Rover will send a text saying "It's been quite a while, so and so would sure like to hear back from you." Well no, I'm not answering anyone at 10pm. Can this feature be turned off or is it automatic? It's a bit annoying, as if you have to respond that instant no matter what time it is.

You can set your "quiet hours" under Basic Info, then Settings. You select the hours from a dropdown list. The start hours are from 8 pm to 11 pm, and the stop hours are from 6 am to 10 am.

Rover likes you to respond within 24 hours, and your response rate is shown on your profile. However, I don't think they expect you to respond to anything that comes in within your quiet hours. I've received several messages right after my quiet hours end, which are timestamped during my quiet hours, and I've never gotten the no response message from Rover.

Thank you Katie and Cari. I will do that. I thought I saw something like that in the past but I couldn't find it. Thank you for telling me where it's located.

There is an option in your Basic Profile settings that allows you to have "quiet hours". It delays the massage during night hours. I'm not sure, though, if you set your own time. Unfortunately, responding quickly is one of the qualities that Rover promotes and clients look for. So, not responding quickly, could potentially lose you a client and down the line cause your ranking to drop.

But when I've gotten a request at 1am (which I have) I don't get that "you haven't responded yet" text, so I would think the quiet hours are reasonable and probably happen around 10/11pm.
