My sitter charges $30 per night for house sitting. Rover wants me to pay $40 per night. What's up with that? How do I talk with a live person from Rover?

Rover charges fees to both parties. As a sitter Rover collects 20% for the $30 charge. The sitter would only walk away with $24.00 from the service provided.
