Is there a way to get sitters to update their profiles?

A problem I am running into a LOT here is that the sitter's profile information is not correct!

My dogs are crate trained but get anxious after being locked up for more than 4-6 hours. So I only contact people that list in their profile that they give potty breaks less than that time, but when I get email responses or meet & greets they will let me know they work for 8-12 hours and won't be able to sit during that time!

Another issue is that I will contact someone who shows I am well within their coverage area, but then I will get a response saying that I live too far.

These are simple things that the sitters themselves put in their profiles, it is not some random fact assigned to them. This inconvenience now has me scrambling to find a last minute sitter, which I thought I had set up a month in advance! Please please please list your correct information in your profiles!
