Why does my dog sleep so much?

The average adult dog sleeps 12–14 hours per day. An average puppy sleeps 18 hours/day. It depends on so many different factors such as environment, breed, sex and age of the pet.
If your dog’s sleeping habits suddenly change, there may be cause for concern(diet, aging, health).
