My puppy has separation anxiety and depression - Any tips?

Hello! I have a 6 month old Mini Golden Doodle. She is 38 lbs currently and has all of her vaccines. My boyfriend and I live with my mom, but she spends long weekends in out of town (my dad lives there temporarily for work). She goes every other weekend or so. I primarily take care of Pippa and am the one home with her most, but she does spend some time with my mom. Pippa seems to get depressed whenever she leaves for her 3-5 day "weekends". She sleeps more than usual, doesn't eat much, and doesn't have her usual puppy energy. I'm not sure if this is normal or what we can do to help her not feel so sad when she leaves. This has been our normal routine since we have had her and the depression when my mom is gone seems to only be getting worse since she took a 2 week vacation. Sidenote. She has seperation anxiety in general as well. She hides and barks like mad when I have to leave and whines and barks and follows me for 10-30 minutes when I come home, and has to be in the same room as me always.
