What should I do if owner never returns.
I am beginning to wonder if the owner is going to come back at all. The owner is a college student who was headed out of town. He was talking about looking for someone to adopt his puppy before the summer when he dropped the dog off. Now he hasn't responded to a single text or message through rover.. If he doesn't show up to pick up his dog is there a suggested protocol?
I'd definitely reach out to Rover directly. How irresponsible of the owner! Ugh!
