Deactivate Account -- Endless Loop with no way to contact?

If I look up in your help articles how to deactivate my account, I get a message that says: "We’re sorry to see you go! If you'd like to deactivate your Rover account, please contact Rover Support."

I click the link that reads "please contact Rover support" and get sent to a form that asks me what I'm asking for help with. I use the given option that I would like to deactivate my account.

Clicking on this in the form then sends me.. back to the help article telling me to contact Rover Support.

Please fix this endless loop and actually offer a reasonable way to deactivate an account.

The web form that you saw, once completed and sent, is processed by Rover (usually within a couple business days. Otherwise, you can contact Rover Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They will deactivate it.
