No response from owner

I am currently sitting a dog and the owner was supposed to pick her up today. She hasn't. I sent a message to check on pickup time and didn't receive a response. I went ahead and extended the stay for one night, but still haven't received a response.

Any suggestions?

Contact Rover customer service. They'll do their best to get ahold of the owner and make sure you are covered for the extended stay.

so do not extend the stay then .... just call customer service

She finally replied the next day. It was just a mix up with the dates.
