What're good questions to ask when someone comes for a meet and greet regarding an on-going daycare service? Or is it just the same as overnight boarding? The dog coming is a 3 month old puppy, if that matters at all.
I would suggest the following: Find out what their normal routine is at home (feeding, walking, etc) and then try and follow it. Are you the sitter required to administer any medications, and if so, how and when. Are treats allowed? When and what type? Favorite activities. Discuss whether you provide the food or will the owner. If you provide it, be sure and include it in the cost, or have them reimburse you. Will the dropoff and pickup times be consistent? Find out about holidays - will the owner want you to sit on holidays. Ask about shots since it is a puppy. Is it housebroken? If not, are you expected to train it? What about crate training? What to do when you have to leave the dog (if applicable).
