How does your star rating work?
I've seen sitters on you site with 5 stars but a lot of negative reviews. How does a sitter earn a 5-star rating?

The star rating is based on the client giving the review, so the number of stars given depends on them. Personally, I haven't seen many negative reviews, as most sitters strive to give the best care for their client's pets, and follow care instructions the client provides at the meet & greet and/or the pet's profile.
