My pet is in active stay with a sitter for 10 days, can I change it to 5 days instead?

My plans have changed so instead of 10 days away from home I'm returning home

Hi, Bernadette. You should contact your sitter to inform them of your early arrival. At that point, either you or the sitter can contact Rover to have the dates adjusted accordingly and a refund processed for the days that you will no longer be needing. The sitter can take care of any changes. Be aware that the amount of your refund depends on the sitter's cancellation policy (strict, moderate or flexible).
