which rate takes priority?
OK, if you have a puppy over the holiday, do they pay holiday or puppy rate? My holiday rate is only $3 higher, but puppy is $5 higher than my average fee.

I'd think in that example: Puppy Holiday $8 extra (just edit cost adjustment and explain in message).
