more than two dogs

I have 2 female pugs. They are 8 years old , spayed, AKC reg. and house dogs, never been boarded. They are my babies Bella Donna and Becky Ann. They are house broken,,social well with other dogs, and do not eat table food. They are loving sweeties and current on their vaccinations. I have a crate for them to sleep in at night and I need to know if they will be crated all the time and if they will be crated all the tine? And if I can pick them up and bring them back during that week? We are going on vacation and return to Kingman for a couple of days that week. I will supply all the food, bedding, and treats. Is there anything else we need to bring? I have photos so you may see them.

Please answer quickly. Our sitter is having personal issues and has dropped us at the last minute

I would also bring harness, leash, toys and anything else that would make them feel safe and comfortable.

Always do a Meet & Greet and express your concerns and requirements. Each sitter is "independent" and has their own system that works for them. I would also suggest you do a meet & greet with a couple sitters and see what each has to offer. I have clients that do bring crates but each for a different purpose. One dog likes to sleep in his crate at night only and the door stays open. The other uses her create as a security blanket and her door stays open all the time. My best to you.

Hi Roberta,

This is a nationwide forum for all Rover users, so your chances of an available sitter in your city finding this message is pretty slim. To find available sitters in your area, you'll need to use the search bar at the top to enter your street address or zip code. Then use the filters to change your preferences, such as whether you are looking for a boarder (who watches your dogs in their home) or a traveling sitter (who comes to your home). If you're having difficulty navigating the site, you can contact customer support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]) and they can help walk you through the process.

Once you've got a list of sitters in your area who offer the services you are interested in, look at their profiles, check their availability calenders, and message a few. Tell them a little about your dogs and what you're looking for. Good luck!
